Return Policy 

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

In some cases, we can also arrange a return pick up from your home or office at a nominal delivery charge. This option is only valid for domestic orders. 

International orders will need to be couriered to our warehouse at the customer's expense in order to be refunded. Forward shipping fee of international orders will not be refunded. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Policy

In the event of a return of a prepaid order, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of delivery of the returned items. The customer can also place a request for the amount to be credited to his/her bank account.

In the event of a return of a COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be issued in the form of a store credit or gift card within 7 days of delivery of the returned items. We will be deducting shipping charges and COD charges (around 100 per order) for refunds to your bank account. 

In case of non delivery of a pre-paid order, 100 will be deducted from the refund amount to compensate for return shipping.
